The Petalo pampeano dog collar features three stunning colours of navy, pale pink and bright fuchsia. A reinvigorated version of the ever-popular Hermoso with the added bright injection of colour through the vibrant fuchsia, the Petalo is a welcomed addition to the luxurious pampeano dog accessories collection.

The Petalo has been hand-crafted in South America by pampeano’s master artisans using an ancient, native practice of hand-craft which has been passed down through generations of local artisans. The finest cuts of leather are first hand-selected for their purest quality, before been naturally vegetable-tanned in an extensive and lengthy process which produces the most exquisite results. It is this that provides the leather with its rich colour and butter-soft handle, which only improves as it ages.

The iconic pampa diamonds and instantly recognizable blocks of colour are achieved by hand, where a single artisan uses wax-dipped saddlery threads to tightly weave the patterns into the thick leather; a meticulous process which can take up to five hours to complete. The robust threads are waxed so that they remain vibrant in colour, do not fray or rip, and are easy to clean by wiping down with a soapy, non-coloured sponge.

Dimensions
There are six lengths available in this leather dog collar to ensure that every dog can be treated to a beautiful new collar. pampeano collars have sizes which range from 35cm (XXS) to 65cm (XXL).  For more sizing recommendations please refer to our size guide below for more details. 

The dog leads are available in one standard length of 115cm and two widths –skinny (1.5cm) and standard (2.5cm)to suit the size of you chosen collar.

Material
Argentine Top Grain cow leather completed with a strong stainless steel buckle and D ring in an antique brass finish for secure lead attachments. The stitching is made of wax-dipped saddlery threads which are handstitched onto the leather with care. 

Care
To maintain the richness of the leather, you should nourish it with a good leather conditioner every so often. Apply a small amount onto a dry cloth and rub into the leather. Use a separate cloth to buff it until all of the conditioner has been absorbed.

Try and keep your dog collar dry. If it does get wet, just blot with a towel as soon as possible and let it air dry.

Do not machine wash.

Holiday Return Policy

Gifts bought between NOVEMBER 1st and DECEMBER 24th can be returned for a full refund by JANUARY 6th but MUST HAVE RECEIPT. 

Gifts may be exchanged or given store credit until JANUARY 13th. 

Items must be new, unworn and with tags/labeling intact. Should the item be returned without the original receipt, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item(s). 

Manufacturer errors merit a refund for any defective item(s) within 7 days notice. ALL CLEARANCE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL UNLESS EXCHANGED FOR SIZE.

*Manufacturer errors include any malfunction or abnormalities that clearly occurred during production of the item. This includes, but is not limited to, stitching, construction, coloring, functioning parts or pieces, etc.

Return Request

Items shipped from our online store will include a Return Request Form. Please fill out the information necessary for a return accordingly and ship to the address listed on the form:

Return Form

If exchanging, please list original item(s) as well as the item(s) being exchanged for. Please make sure to include your contact information and return address.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that it has been received as well as the status on a refund or exchange. If a refund is in order, it will be issued back to the credit card used within 72 hours of when we received the item.
