We started with the traditional 301 single layer construction, selected a higher quality, thicker, softer and more durable leather for the top sole and hand woven pattern on the trimmed strap. The antiqued surface of the top sole is uniquely distressed giving each pair its own unique story. The top sole has an oil, paraffin and water based waxing process giving it the luxurious finished look and ultra-soft feel.

The 1" straps hand woven are made with luxury leather and are rolled and sewn to a 2,000 lb military grade nylon, straps are held together by a soft nylon toe piece using our signature box X toe construction and featuring the original Rainbow® woven label. Holding things together we use a waxed, bonded nylon thread that will not fray or pull out.

Each layer is triple glued with Sparky’s uniquely formulated and patented glue. The left sandal is embossed with the Rainbow® Sandals logo The Luxury Leather Collection is of course backed by the Rainbow® Sandals Lifetime Guarantee.

How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal link provided. A flat $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

1. Log in to your account: (Sometimes the SHOP app will pop up and automatically let you log into your account. If not, please follow instructions below.)
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

30-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your online purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Grooming products
  • Food items

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please provide the details of the item you'd like to exchange for in the "Additional Notes" section during the return process. We will contact you to assist with the exchange. **PLEASE UNDERSTAND that the item you wish to exchange may not be in stock by the time we approve the return. The best way to ensure that you can get the item is to purchase the item and then initiate a return for the other.

*Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to take place and show up in your account. This is AFTER we receive the item and approve the return.

Holiday Return Policy

Gifts bought between NOVEMBER 1st and DECEMBER 24th can be returned for a full refund by JANUARY 6th but MUST HAVE RECEIPT. 

Gifts may be exchanged or given store credit until JANUARY 13th. 

Items must be new, unworn and with tags/labeling intact. Should the item be returned without the original receipt, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item(s). 

Manufacturer errors merit a refund for any defective item(s) within 7 days notice. ALL CLEARANCE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL UNLESS EXCHANGED FOR SIZE.

Non-Holiday Return Policy

REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS, ONLY WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Items must be NEW, UNWORN AND WITH TAGS/LABELING INTACT.  Should the item be returned without the original receipt, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item(s). Website Policy

Due to the time involved with shipping and handling, refunds and exchanges may be issued within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with tags/labeling, original packaging intact. Should the item be returned damaged, worn, washed, or without the original packaging, we will maintain the right to refuse a refund. Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry offer excellent warranties, some even lifetime warranties. If a purchased item is protected with a manufacturer warranty, all matters pertaining to warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. Beau Outfitters is not responsible for upholding the warranties offered by manufacturers. While we are happy to contact the manufacturers for an issue, however, we recommend customers contact them personally so that they can directly address the issue and get any information they need.

*Manufacturer errors include any malfunction or abnormalities that clearly occurred during production of the item. This includes, but is not limited to, stitching, construction, coloring, functioning parts or pieces, etc.
