If you are looking for the Finest Gun Case around then you've come to the right place. We didn't just find "any manufacture" on Alibaba.com and put our leather patch on an already made product. This shotgun case is the result of  7 months worth of hard work and years of dreams and sketches. Each gun case is made one at a time by a single craftswoman just 150 yards away from our Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL and built with the next generation in mind. We started out by using a super heavy duty 20 oz Wax Canvas exterior. We then added a generous portion of closed cell foam on both sides to give your precious firearm plenty of padding for protection. Just like the rest of our products, we use only Solid Brass Hardware so that you never have to worry about rust or tarnish on any of your buckles or D-rings. The inside of your case is finished off with a thick synthetic shearling lining to prevent moisture build up when firearms are stored over a 48 hr length of time. Beautiful leather accents on our gun case are made up from some of the finest "pull up leather" on the market today. Your new case comes complete with padded shoulder strap, and uniquely designed carrying handles that cradle you gun and create less stress alleviating the risk of failed stitching found on many competitor's cases. Holiday Return Policy

Gifts bought between NOVEMBER 1st and DECEMBER 24th can be returned for a full refund by JANUARY 8th but MUST HAVE RECEIPT. 

Gifts may be exchanged or given store credit until JANUARY 15th. 

Items must be new, unworn and with tags/labeling intact. Should the item be returned without the original receipt, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item(s). 

Manufacturer errors merit a refund for any defective item(s) within 7 days notice. ALL CLEARANCE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL UNLESS EXCHANGED FOR SIZE.

Non-Holiday Return Policy

REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS, ONLY WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Items must be NEW, UNWORN AND WITH TAGS/LABELING INTACT.  Should the item be returned without the original receipt, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item(s). *Manufacturer errors include any malfunction or abnormalities that clearly occurred during production of the item. This includes, but is not limited to, stitching, construction, coloring, functioning parts or pieces, etc.

Return Request

Items shipped from our online store will include a Return Request Form. Please fill out the information necessary for a return accordingly and ship to the address listed on the form:

Return Form

If exchanging, please list original item(s) as well as the item(s) being exchanged for. Please make sure to include your contact information and return address.

Items that are not subject to a refund under any circumstances include: sale or discounted items, gift cards, or grooming/hygiene products.

Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that it has been received as well as the status on a refund or exchange. If a refund is in order, it will be issued back to the credit card used within 72 hours of when we received the item.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry offer excellent warranties, some even lifetime warranties. If a purchased item is protected with a manufacturer warranty, all matters pertaining to warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. Beau Outfitters is not responsible for upholding the warranties offered by manufacturers. While we are happy to contact the manufacturers for an issue, however, we recommend customers contact them personally so that they can directly address the issue and get any information they need.
