From the Congaree and Penn Mayhaw orchard. Most folks either love or have never heard of a Mayhaw. Indigenous to the South, this tart and tiny crab apple is famous for its jelly. Ours is made in small batches from cold pressed Mayhaw juice, pectin and Florida cane sugar.
Our trees are young, and the fruit is sparse (and our jelly is rare), but our orchard of 1,500 Mayhaws is growing stronger every day.
